Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a refund within 15 days, with proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping costs and additional service charges are non-refundable.
You will need to cover the return shipping cost. However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
⚠ Note: Do not return your purchase to the address on the package. Please contact us to get the return address.
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock. Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
